Paperless Geocaching supports display of detailed geocache information

Sounds promising, I don't enjoy double fisting handheld devices...

Now why did I find that statement so extremely funny? Big Smile [:D]

I'm thinking about picking a new one up.  My GPS still has the cracked screen (ask RocketMan), and my PDA is having battery life issues.  This seems like a great idea, but finding data on the unit is tough.  Still new to the market, so I'm sure more info will be available soon.

Hasn't stopped me from asking my Buying Department at work to work the Garmin Rep for me.......

Well when it finds or hides a cache in CO it will prove its merit.

Now is a double fisted device a shot and a beer aka Boilermaker.

I will hide and you will seek.

I am in Las Vegas right now, planning on going to this event tomorrow.  Garmin will be there with several of their Colorado units.  There will be a lot of people there, but hopefully I will get a chance to check one of them out.  If I do, I will report on it here.  RM

No joke!  Did you notice they trademarked the name, too?  How does that work?

Better than the Chevy by the same name, though.

    Silence, voice of reason!

Checked out the cool event and saw that you can request that Garmin and Groundspeak come here to demonstrate!  Maybe if we all ask they will come!!!  Here is the link http://eventful.com/demand/D0-001-001255146-3

Nice.  I demanded it too.  Looks like I'm not the first.  If you're reading this thread and are interested in the Garmin Colorado (or to learn more about it), Demand it!  If enough of us do, they will come to Colorado and provide tutorials, training, and activities!  That's pretty cool!

Shouldn't Colorado residents get a discount?

That would be nice. I've been looking at getting a 76cx for some time. The Colorado just might fit the bill better. I'll have to wait and see the specs.

Maybe a GPSr that will finally get me to "switch" over to Garmin? We shall see...;-)

Anyway, let's cajole those geo-gadget masters up here for our state too!
